Udo Filzmaier is the founder and CEO of F-Technologies AG, a globally active electronics company. In addition, he is an Advisory Board member at Enapter GmbH and serves as Spokesperson on Education for the Industry Division of the Chamber of Commerce Vorarlberg and as Chairman of the electrical and electronic industry representation at the Austrian Economic Chamber.

Mr. Filzmaier is an expert in the electronics industry and in the fields of product development, business development, strategic planning, entrepreneurship and SMEs.

Ruth Kain is an experienced private equity investor with a track record of fund and direct investments across Europe and the United States. Most recently, she was with Interogo Global Private Equity, the private equity investment arm of the Interogo Foundation (IKEA Group), where she led investments across buyouts, growth equity, and venture capital. Prior to that, she worked in investment banking in Vienna and New York. She holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Through her work with some of the world's leading PE and VC managers, she has gained unique insight into the strategies, organizational models, and value creation approaches that distinguish the industry's most successful investment firms.

Judith Kölzer-Söding is founder and managing partner at Lebenswerk², where she invests into ambitious and fast growing mid-sized businesses and start-ups. In addition, she holds various advisory board and supervisory board positions, e.g. at KfW Capital. She previously worked at a leading global investment bank and a leading private equity firm.

Ms. Kölzer-Söding focuses on consumer goods, omni-channel retail, e-commerce, SaaS, e-health and biotech and has particular expertise in the areas of entrepreneurship, private equity and venture capital, M&A, restructuring and SMEs.

Oliver Krizek is founder and CEO of the NAVAX group of companies. He is an entrepreneur with passion. Furthermore, Oliver Krizek is invested in several Austrian startups and companies.

Mr. Krizek is an expert in the IT industry and in the areas of software development, consulting, marketing, strategic planning, corporate management as well as M&A.

Wolfgang Neussner is an experienced restructuring expert, entrepreneur, and investor who currently holds various supervisory board and advisory board positions, in which he actively supports companies. Previously, he was the sole member of the executive board at Leder & Schuh AG and Palmers Textil AG.
He shares his experience as a lecturer at a university of applied sciences.

Harald Sommerer is an experienced manager, investor and entrepreneur, who currently holds various supervisory and advisory board positions. He previously was CEO at Zumtobel as well as CEO and CFO at AT&S.

He is an industry expert on the IT and technology sectors and has a strong expertise in management, entrepreneurship, SMEs and start-ups.
