Richter Rasen
The Richter Rasen Group, headquartered in Deutsch Brodersdorf (Lower Austria), is a family-run, vertically integrated specialist in natural and hybrid turf for professional sports. The company’s roots date back to the imperial era, when the Richter family was entrusted with landscaping Vienna’s public parks. Today, it is led by the fifth generation of the family, Bianca and Philipp Götz-Richter.
Richter Rasen covers the entire value chain—from the selection and testing of seeds, through cultivation on homogeneous quartz sand soils, to harvesting, transportation, installation, and maintenance, as well as complete playing field construction, including drainage and turf heating systems. Its customers include top-division European soccer clubs, stadium operators, and associations.
As part of the investment, the company’s capacity will be expanded, and Richter Rasen will be further developed—in collaboration with the managing partners—into the leading European provider of soccer turf.
