[GERMAN] AG Capital und VR Equitypartner invest in IDENTA Ausweissysteme GmbH

Die Frankfurter Beteiligungsgesellschaft VR Equitypartner (VREP) und AG Capital (AGC) aus Wien übernehmen eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung an der IDENTA Ausweissysteme GmbH (IDENTA). Das Unternehmen ist ein führender Anbieter für Chipkartenlösungen in den Bereichen Zugangskontrolle, ÖPNV, Automotive und Hotels. Ziel von Management und Investoren ist es, IDENTA zu einem Full-Service-Anbieter im Bereich Access-Control und digitalen Identitäten weiterzuentwickeln.

AG Capital acquires stakes in Intelia and Embers and creates Austria's largest contact center provider

AG Capital supports the combination of Intelia and Embers and acquires a majority stake in the newly formed group. The previous owners will remain on board as shareholders and managers. The combination of the two companies will create Austria's largest independent contact center.
