In 2023, Embers and Intelia merged under the majority ownership of AG Capital, creating the Embers Intelia Group. In 2025, the company was rebranded to Avaris CX Group as a platform for further growth. With the acquisition of Callpoint—which specializes in customer service, on-call service, and helpdesk support with around 600 employees at its Swiss locations in Zurich, Basel, and Fribourg—and Tempobrain, a personnel service provider with its own talent pool, the group was specifically strengthened and international expansion in the DACH region was driven forward.
